Our project began in
2008
when Marco, while studying at the Faculty of Agriculture in Florence, took over the two hectares of vines planted by his father Orazio back in 1973 on the family's historic property. From that grape harvest, we realized that wine in Casentino could be a winning bet.
MAXIMUM CARE FOR A
GENEROUS LAND
This also gave rise to the need to take the utmost care of this generous land, going organic at first and then applying biodynamics to our vineyards, as well as using natural wine making methods in our cellar. We had a clear plan: take the best fruit from the healthy soil to the cellar and process it while preserving its original characteristics, so that you can taste a bit of Casentino in every glass of our wine.
